The British Columbia Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BCHPA) has as its members all BC-based hang glider and paraglider pilots who are current members of the Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association of Canada (HPAC), numbering between 300-350 on average. Its funds are acquired through small annual member fees collected by HPAC on its behalf.
